Return Policy

 

Returns are only accepted for: 

• Defective or damaged items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Incorrect items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind: We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before placing your order.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us: Please email us at ats@australiantherapeutic.com to discuss
2. Provide details: In your email, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Shipping: Once you have received a response, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of the reason for the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in their original condition or if they are missing any components.
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, the shipping fee will be calculated at check out for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for local customs regulations or fees. If your order is returned to us due to customs issues, we will gladly offer a full refund.
